ownership of a bed room along with undivided share of the common area of the building
and property. The selected room would be registered in the name of the investor and the
income generated would be proportionately shared with the owners. No headaches to run
the property and to generate business.
Share of the monthly incomes would be transferred by 15th of every following month to
assure regular monthly incomes to the investor. Investor will also have the right to sell their
share of the property at any time to generate higher income based on the increased
property value.
In addition to this every year guests and family of the investor can stay at Blue Hills View
Serviced Villa for 15 nights without any room charges.
